Albristhubel

The original plan was to climb the imposing Albristhorn. But since there was “extended” wind, lots of snow drifts and the avalanche situation was also a bit critical, it was probably the right decision to instead have a nice, short walk up to the little neighbour, the Albristhubel. The foehn, interesting (to say the least…) snow and a small forest barrier made it an enjoyable tour all the same. Later back down to Matte for a Coupe Nesselrode. Thanks again to Oli & Dave for the organisation and the ride and taking me with them: it’s been a very relaxing weekend!
